Robby is a founding partner of PT Private Equity, alongside Patterson Thoma Family Office. Prior to PTPE, he spent most of his career partnering with middle-market companies across a range of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, business services, technology, healthcare and energy. Prior roles include Gemini Investors, a private equity firm where he led buyout transactions and served as a Board Director for six portfolio companies; before that he was with Petro Capital Group, Mount Kellett Capital and SWS Group. He has a BBA, Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business.
Dan is the principal of Patterson Thoma Family Office. He is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a background in leveraged buyouts and growth equity. His career highlights include founding Medical Weight Management recognized by Inc. Magazine in 1988 as one of the fastest-growing companies of its timeand overseeing the acquisition, expansion, and sale of Texas Home Healthcare, which grew to be a major home healthcare provider in the Southwest. Dan founded Transition Capital Partners in 1993, a buyout private equity firm. Dan received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Kenyon College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Colin Patrick is the Chief Investment Officer for Patterson Thoma Family Office (www.pattersonthoma.com). PT is an active investor in Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital and Opportunistic Capital. As CIO, Colin originates active and passive investment opportunities for the family and often partners with outside debt and equity investors. Colin began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and later worked for the philanthropist Lyda Hill as the Controller of her family office, LH Holdings, Inc. In 2013, Colin joined Patterson Thoma as well as Transition Capital Partners as Vice President of Finance. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and a M.S. degree in Taxation from the University of North Texas. Colin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
